I am having trouble installing the latest version of iTunes, 11.1.4 -- as a consequence i cannot access iTunes at all on my PC. I keep getting an error message and that I am missing file MSVCR80.dll .

I need help and am not able to find what i need to do. I have manually downloaded iTunes but it doesn't resolve the issue and I still can't access iTunes.
