Unable to uninstall Apple Mobile Device Suppot

Yes I've uninstalled almost everything but for some reason the "apple mobile device support" won't uninstall when I click uninstall it ask me if I want to let the the program update it doesn't say uninstall

Can you understand that I'm not sure if I explained it good enough and it won't let me uninstall this

I had same problem when iTunes upgrade failed on my Dell XPS (WIN7) and I proceeded with doing this fix => http://support.apple.com/kb/TS5376. Could not unistall or repair AMDS. Out of frustration, I restarted machine before trying to unistall Bonjour (next step of TS5376)- it worked allowing me to successsfully complete TS5376..

Yes, it seems that for most people when AMDS won't uninstall then moving on to the next step works. I've covered this approach in Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
