Apple will do nothing. Are you the original owner of the device? You need to try and remember the Apple ID and password. Do you use that many Apple IDs that you cannot remember it? You can go to iforgot.apple.com and put in information to try and recover your Apple ID and password. If you cannot get that Apple ID back, then the phone is worthless to you. You will not be able to activate it.

Do you remember your iCloud ID and password? You can go into iCloud and select the device and wipe it from there. See this support document. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4515

It sounds like you may have triggered activation lock.  If that is the case they will ask you for your ID and password and when you cannot give it to them they will say sorry they cannot help you.  It's a new feature to deter thieves (makes stolen devices useless) but it means you now have to be very diligent about knowing your login information.

Um, no.  It's YOUR responsibility to remember your own email address.  Additionally, your Apple ID is viewable at any time only our device in up to five different places int he Settings: iCloud, Messages, FaceTime, Game Center & iTunes & App Store.
