I downloaded OS X Maverick..big mistake issues with my opening up links and emails..want to remove it completely and go back to what I had...how do I uninstall it and put my apple back to what I had

You can't uninstall Mavericks.
If you made a backup of your system before you installed Mavericks then restore your system from that backup.
If you didn't make a backup then you will have to install the previous version of OS X.
