I pre-ordered an album (Restoring Force, Of Mice & Men) & it comes up with purchased but when I go onto the artist, it says '$2.95' or however much it was. I pre-ordered it & it took my money & all & now I don't have the album. Where is it? I'm so upset.

I have experienced this exact same issue for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process.
