How can I separate a device form a shared iTunes to a new Mac?

Hi,

We use currently on Mac with 4 devices (iPad, Iphone etc). They have different apple ids. Now one of the family members received her own Mac. Is there any way to keep the iphone, ipad content and separate it from the shared Mac to the new Mac?
