Crumbs In Macbook Trackpad and Keys

I've had an issue of having crumbs and other things stuck under the trackpad and the keys that make it stick or hard to click. Sometimes when I click the trackpad, it makes a "crunchy" noise but when i turn my macbook upside down and shake it a little bit it goes away. Is there any way to get rid of these little crumbs and stuff stuck in my macbook? Will a vaccum work?
