Q: Macbook pro 2nd monitor problem

Hi! I've just connected my macbook pro to a 2nd monitor, and my mouse stays on the laptop screen.Now, i play games on my computer, so i want it to stay there, but only when i am playing. How do i enable and disable mouse/window movement between screens? Help please!

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
