Fixed layout page zoomin error

Hi everyone,

I have created ebook an apple fixed layout format using javascript interactivites.

When I have to zoom in that particular page but that page does not fixed on the layout.

so what is the problem I can't find out solution so please advice my questions.

Is this style and coding problem?

Or

is this ibooks reader problem?
