sufficient privileges?
Can not download itunes for windows PC as keep getting the same error, cant get past it. Have uninstalled, and tried again, but get the same. Its says its a mobile device and I need to verify I have sufficient privileges.

Follow the exact order uninstalling
If you seem to have issues with apple mobile device going away ignore it move on thru the list
Once everything in order is gone.. restart your computer
Once restarted go to www.apple.com/itunes and redownload and reinstall
This should resolve the issue
