With LogMeIn, you have to uninstall the application.

If you have already dragged the Logmein app from /Applications to trash, put it back in /Applications. Then launch the app. On the Logmein menu bar click on Logmein then the About Logmein option. I think the uninstall option is there.

I don't think this should say Mac HD > System > Library. I think this should just be Mac HD > Library

"/System/Library/LaunchDaemons and /System/Library/LaunchAgents are for components included as part of OS X, and you should resist the temptation to remove or alter them—they’re essential to keep your Mac running correctly." - http://www.macworld.com/article/2047747/take-control-of-startup-and-login-items. html

I didn't find any LogMeIn files under the System folder anyway, but getting rid from Mac HD > Library > LaunchAgents and LaunchDaemons worked for me.

The best way is to uninstall using the app in your applications folder, but if you've already deleted it then it's a bit of a hassle. You have to go through and delete files in a few places, including the Library and the user library. Here's a step by step guide if you need to remove logmein without having the app anymore: http://techenvy.com/hack/how-to-get-rid-of-logmein-on-your-mac-if-youve-deleted- the-app
