Q: One of my devises is not showing up in "manage storage"

At one point I had 2 iPhones and my iPad showing up in "manage my storage".  Now one of the phones is not showing up and I cannot backup.

    If you mean it doesn't appear on the Backups list in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage it means the backup no longer exists, or is stored in a different iCloud account than the one you are signed into on your phone.  Apple deletes backups after 180 days of inactivity so it may have been removed by Apple. 

     

    How is that preventing you from backing up your current phone?

    I am not seeing a choice that lets me do a manual backup.

    If you go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup you should see "Back Up Now" at the bottom.  Tapping that will start a manual backup to iCloud (as long as your device is connected to wifi).
