I want to buy a new MBP in the US, but I am a foreign student. Do I still receive the student discount? Also when I go and buy my MBP in an Apple Retail Store, does the discount still apply?

You may have to pay duties bringing the machine back to the foreign country. Consult with your country's consulate on what is allowed.
I am aware of the fact that I might have to pay entry taxes, I am just wondering if the Student Discounts will apply for me in this case...
If you can get into the Education store for your college online, I think that's all that is needed.
You can see what the education discount is through the Store, Education Store link...you can also take your student ID to an Apple retail store and ask about the student discount there. That discount is usually around $100, sometimes as much as 10%...but check the exact price on-line.
