Apple can you please help and fix this ASAP??
This is a user-to-user tech support forum, not Apple support, as explained in the forum Terms of Use to which you agreed when you joined.
Try these steps as needed:
1. Reset phone (no data loss): press both the home and power buttons for at least 10 seconds, releasoing when the Apple logo appears.
2. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
3. Restore iOS using iTunes, also restoring a backup
4. Restore iOS, without restoring a backup.
Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings
If restoring the phone as new (factory settings) doesn't help, there is a hardware problem that needs evaluation by Apple or an Apple authorized service provider.
