My Apple TV keeps cutting out

My appletv keeps cutting almost every time I try to use it. Can anyone help?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.4

MMine was just a bad HDMI cable. Switched the cable and it stopped cutting in and out every 30 seconds.
