Jan 28, 2014 1:08 PM in response to Splodgey23by Meg St._Clair,★HelpfulIn order for an iMessage to say "Read", the recipient must have enabled that feature. I, for example, have that turned off. Anyone who sends me an iMessage will only ever see "Delivered". They will never know whether or not I've read the message until I answer them. So, the fact that it says "Delivered" but never changes to "Read" tells you nothing about whether or not you've been blocked.

Jan 28, 2014 2:11 PM in response to Meg St._Clairby Splodgey23,Thank you, but sometimes it says read and sometimes it says delivered to the same number. I know you can turn that off but just wondered if it was anything to do with the timing of message being opened.

Jan 28, 2014 3:04 PM in response to Splodgey23by Meg St._Clair,So...maybe they didn't read it. Why don't you ask them? It has been my experience that the best way to find out where I stand with someone is to ask them directly.
