Change DHCP Range of Mobile Hotspot

We have the problem that IOS7 assigns an IP address of 172.20.10.1-172.20.10.3.

This are IP adresses which we are using internally too. So if a mobile user wants to access one of this three IPs it does not work for sure.

Is there any way to change this network range for the Iphone internal DHCP pool when using it as Hotspot?
