The download for my recently redeemed digital copy will not commence.

Hello, everyone. This is my first time on these forums.

I bought a movie which supplied a code, and once I redeemed the code on iTunes, I postponed the download for a later time. However, the option to download the movie is not to be found anywhere on iTunes. Furthermore, when I try to redeem the code to try again, I am told that "this code has already been redeemed."

I just want my digital copy...haha
