Q: What settings should I use in FCP/Compressor to avoid conversion?

I've created several videos with FinalCutPro/Compressor that still require converting when opening in Quicktime Player.  Can anyone suggest a list of settings to use so this is not necessary?  Here are the current Compressor settings I use:
