my iphone 4s just froze and not responding

There was an incoming call I was trying to answer. It was at this time when it froze. When I failed to slide it, the ringtone stopped and the screen went blank with a little bit of light. All the buttons are not responding and I can see some black marks (like ink) around the screen and are closing in towardsthe centre of the screen.
