Q: faceTime on MacBook Air camera not working

I have just tried my FaceTime for the first time in a while and it says camera not connectd. I have looked at a few 'fixes' on here but nothing seems to work. Any clues?

Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".

What is the Operating System version installed?
