Hi, I am wondering what are some of the issues with using xcode 5 on a 2010 iMac model?

Will adding RAM (16GB) be sufficient for mobile app dev on 2010 iMacs using xcode 5?

Requires 10.8.4 or later. Independent of machine type. See https://developer.apple.com/xcode/ for details.

i run xcode 5 on a 2009 iMac with 12gb of memory running 10.9.1 with no problems.

Your 2010 should be fine,
