That QT Pro key is a serial that unlocks the full functionality of QuickTime. Just go and get the QT 7.6.6, install it in the new computer and put in the serial number that you got from Apple. Am on my ancient iPhone so no links, sorry.. the device is bogging seriously on the site, ugh...

Qt 7.6.6 is for Snow Leopard through Mavericks. Go to Apple software site and download it. When you register it to get the Pro version enter your name and serial number. Then press tab key, you'll then see the PRO near the blue QT. Quit QT and relaunch.
