I backed up everything, per genius bar advice, can't find itunes file there
I backed up all my computer's data. Now, I want to retrieve an itunes file from that backup disc, but when I click on itunes, I don't see all my files, only an application. How do I access single files from my backup disc? It should also be on icloud.
