Q: My version of iTunes was working fine until today.  I received an update notice and now it gets a failure message, is there a fix for that?

My previous version of iTunes was working fine until today when I received a message to update,  after downloading and installing my iTunes  11.1.4 can not start service.  Is there a fix for this problem?

iPhone 5s, Windows 7
