    You haven't provided enough info!

What are your Reason Preferences set to?

Do you have Rewire activated in MS?

Where are your "virtual" outputs going in your Reason file....etc.

    Hi Treatment,

Thank you for taking your time to answering my question.

Yes, I have rewire activated and reason is running correctly as you can see the pic.

    2 Questions:

    1. Which version of Reason are you running? (Is it Reason 5?)

    2. Please send a JPEG of your Mainstage setup from the CONCERT level showing I/O, NOT from the Patch.

At this point everything looks fine, but I have a few ideas of what it MIGHT be.

IF it is Reason 5, Reason 5 only does 32 bit Rewire, meaning if you are running MS 3.0, you are out of luck, as MS3 expects Rewire 64 Bit. (However MS 2.2.2 will work running in 32 Bit mode

    OR:

You created an input channel on the CONCERT level, rather than on a SET level.

    OR:

You started Reason first, instead of starting Mainstage first, Reason second.

    I'm running REASON 7.0.1

    Mainstage 3.0.3

Posting a pic but is this what you are talking about?

I don't quiet undertand what you are talking about?

    That didn't work.

Thank you for helping me out.

    "OR:

You created an input channel on the CONCERT level, rather than on a SET level.

I don't quiet undertand what you are talking about?"

Yup. You cannot modify ANYTHING that is created on a Concert level.

The Concert level (which is highlighted in the above JPEG) is a place where you add controllers, knobs, faders etc.

You add SYNTHS/Plug ins/Inputs/Instruments on a SET level, and create patches from there.

So if you put an Ultrabeat for example on a Concert, it will PERMINANTLY stay there in all of your Sets/patches, and you won't be able to modify it from song to song, from Set to Set or Patch to Patch.

Mainstage keeps track of all of you I/O on a concert level. It's one of those things that kinda happens "in the background" for you. If you want to change I/O from song to song, do it on a SET level.

    Make sense?

I try to add the external channel to Concert input, but doesn't work for me cause when I go to each patch and mute unnesseseally channel it will affect entire patches. I need to control volume in each patch. Am I making asense?

Were you guys able to get Reason to connect to MS3?

I have a similar issue. I'm using Reason 7.01 on OSX 10.9.1 and everything appears to be working correclty, but I only receive the right audio channel from Reason (in MS3). It's really strange.

Any chance that you've seen this before?
