If it's charging your iTunes Store account or the credit card associated with it, see:

If it's billing your phone account, you'll need to take that up with the developer of the app or your cell provider.

Go into the iTunes store, and go to your Account information, and on that page its going to give you the option to manage your subscriptions. Thats where you go to cancel that subscriptions. Turn the auto-renewal off.
