log in to Newcastle error

I keep getting this error log in page when I am using Gmail.

To view this page, you must log in to area “Newcastle” on mail.google.com:443

When I try all login's I have, none work. Then when I click cancel, it takes me to a blank white screen.

I have spoken with Apple support nearly 10 times and have done many changes and nothing works. I have deleted all google items from the keychain as well as Safari forms autofill without success.

Should I just uninstall safari and start over?
