Q: "Other" storage issues

I have 2.9 GB of my phone data storage taken up by 'other'.

I have disconnected iCloud because it never worked and someone suggested the storage may be updates waiting to happen.

I have also updated all apps.

I have a 6BG phone so there isnt enough space to update to the most recent iOS.

I have deleted all photos too.

The current data break down is:

Audio .92 GB
Apps .64 GB
Free 1.92 GB
Other 2.9 GB

Any advice would be great thanks,

Perform a backup of your phone, wipe it completely, and then restore from the backup.

LAST RESORT:

Restoring from backups isn’t perfect though, particularly if the backups contain huge amounts of local data from apps, Messages, and other things that could have been cleaned up better using the tricks mentioned above. If you’ve restored and find the situation no better than before, a factory reset is often the only remaining solution.
