Q: My iBook is in an "incorrect format" as far as what the pop up error says. I bought from iBooks. What's the problem?

iBook purchased but says it is an incorrect format. I bought it at the iBook store. How can this be?

Try deleting the book from the bookshelf in the iBooks app via the Edit button top right, and then redownload it via the Purchased tab in the ibookstore in the app and see if that copy opens.
