iPhone 5s voice memo

I have to say that i am getting really tired of upgrading and spending money to have things go wrong with apple !!!!

It seems like there is always something going wrong.

I always sync my iphone,

but today i realized that i did not sync for a while,so i had a bunch of new recordings in voice memo.

After syncing all the new and old voice memos were on my macbook pro :-)

BUT removed from my iphone ???

am i crazy?

now some of you may say.well you still have em on your computer,and yes that is true,

however i am a songwriter and constantly work on these ideas throughout my day or when i choose.

This is why i have spent thousands of dollars on all of my equipment.

I cant find any help on the web :-(

I did not do anything different,all i did was plug in my phone like i always do and it syncs.

Any ideas would be a great help.
