Q: itunes help

I am trying to update my iTunes. I keep getting a message that "the program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from my computer".

How do I fix this?

Click here and follow the instructions. If they don't work, perform a complete reinstallation (Windows XP, Windows Vista and newer).
