Hey am using this iphone for two years now and i had no issue with iOS since i got this flickering screen after updated to ios 7.im tried resetting and restoring .still cant fix it. this iphone is a factory unlocked iphone .i bought from apple store opera france . please help me .how can i fix this issue ? i tried to downgrade for 6.1.3 and itunes doesnt allow to me downgrade even .

Did you restore as a new device and not from a backup? If so, and the problem continues, you have a hardware problem and should take it to an Apple Store for evaluation. If the problem stops, that means there is something corrupted in your backup file.
Yes i restored as a new device .but still it doesnt stop flickering . but after ios 7 update only it got flickering problem.other than that iphone was perfecly running smooth without any bugs or errors .cant i dowgrade for ios 6.1.3 ? i tried using tinyumbrella and redsnow .it wont allow me to downgrade .i want to downgrade and see whether its a hardware problem or software problem.
