Q: Where is my iPhone?

I'm using Find My iPhone and it's not working. It says my phone is offline.

My phone had ample battery when I saw it 3 hours ago.

The time and date were correct.

4G was on and there is very good reception here.

Why isn't it working? Did someone take out my SIM and steal my phone or something?

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.3

Hard to say...might have been turned off, or the SIM card removed and no wifi available. If it says offline, put it in lost mode. You will be notified by email if/when it goes back online. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5668.
