why does windows 7 on bootcamp keep blinking?

I recently installed windows 7 using the bootcamp guide and it seems to work fine but when I start doing stuff like streaming it starts blinking, On my Mac OS I never had a problem about the screen blinking. Anyone know a solution to this?
