Q: ITunes Won't let my IPod Restore?

Very Confused.

Went through everything suggested on the apple site

The screen of my ipod is just the Plug into Itunes Message and this is all it will give me

iPod touch

What happens when you click on the Restore button?

It won't let me, it only lets me click the Okay on the other message and then goes back to my music.
