my security question reset email is being sent to the wrong address which I don't have access to? please help

I'm trying to buy the Tyler the creator album 'wolf' on iTunes but whenever I click your download button i get e security question screen as I've never remade a purchase on this device before, however, I don't know the answers to my security questions, ive tried to get an email to reset it but it sends to an email address which I no longer have access to. any thoughts in how I might be able to change the address?

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down this page to update your rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
