Can't adjust position of blocks?

I have just opened the latest bug-fix (oops - stability improvement) version of Keynotes (6.1).

Amusingly, I can't move blocks of images or text around like I can in other iWork applications - of of course as we all have been able to do since, if I can remember that far back, the very first versions of Powerpoint.

This is a goodie from the bug-happy developers we have now:

- Can't move anything with the keyboard arrow cursors

- Can occasionaly, but irrationally, click the up and down arrows on the "inspector".

Sometimes they work, mostly they don't, and occasionally they don't let you go below or above a number.

Do they give prizes for crappy testing? This is worth at least a bronze star ...
