when i connect my iPod Nano 6th Gen to my laptop (Windows 8) it doesn't appear on iTunes, and that happened after i updated my iTunes to the latest version, a message appears (after i connect my iPod) and says "An iPod has been detected but it could not be identified properlyi've tried all of Apple's troubleshooting tips but nothing seems to actually work ... what sems to be the probleme ? everything was ok before the iTunes update
