Q: Cannot activate my phone to restore factory settings, I have tried through Itunes but continually get the message activation server is down.

I cannot activate my phone to restore factory setting, I have tried through Itunes but receive the message the message that activation server is temporarily unavailable.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.0.4
