Repro steps:
Result: the position will read "NaN NaN". Attempting to change either X or Y will crash Keynote.

This is working OK with me, try the usual fix all for Keynote; delete and then reinstall from the Mac App Store.
What version are you using? (menu "Keynote">"About Keynote")

Same problem, just reinstalled Keynote and nothing changed ... I use the last version of Keynote.
Anyone ?
I am also having this exact problem. The version of keynote I'm using is 6.2.2 and osx is 10.9.4
