MainStage 3 issue with Nord Stage 2

My setup is pretty simple, just a Nord Stage 2 and a MacBook Pro running mainstage 3 into the midi on the nord. Everything was working great until I did a mainstage update last week. Now the sustain and expression pedals I was using won't work. Mainstage recognizes that I'm hitting the sustain pedal, for example, but won't sustain the note. Same goes for the expression pedal. Anyone do this recent update and have any trouble? Any suggestions??
