How can i bulk check the warranty, device name info for multiple iPad's?

Hello All,

I work in a company where we use a very large amount of iPad's.

And we currently have a problem with managing our assets.

What we do is we constantly go and check the following site for iPad info:

https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do

But the problem is that it's very time consuming to check them 1 by 1.

Is there another way how we can maybe bulk upload the serial numbers and get all the info about the iPads?

That would save us a lot of time and we could prevent from getting a lot of human errors.

That's the only web page that I'm aware of. Why don't you have someone use that site to check the date of each iPad and then keep a data base (Numbers, Excel, etc) so that someone only as to check once.

There's no on-line way I know of to check warranties in a batch. Apple Support might be able to check for you if you give them a list of serial numbers. Give them a call, or if you have a dedicated Apple account exec or system engineer drop them an email and ask if they can help.

Hi Arvydas1,

Does your company use an MDM? The MDM that we use has the ability to link up our MDM with Apple's GSX. This way all purchasing information from GSX is pulled into our MDM for all of our iPads including warranty information among other things. Check with your MDM provider to see if there is a way to sync it with Apple's GSX.
