iPhone is not seen by iTunes

The iPhone cannot be seen. (Either the 4s or the 5S)

iPhone started asking if it can trust my PC (now just to get this straight - for more than a year no problem?!!!!)

iPhone 4S, Windows 8, Ever since iTunes update
