I have uploaded a large amount of video content (daughter's vb match) up to my iCloud account. I am attempting to access that from my mac desktop, but it doesn't show the video content when I sign in to icloud.com. I can locate the videos through "shared' on photos on my iPad, so we know that they are there. Thoughts??? I am attempting to turn on the "Public Websites" slider so I hope that will do it.

If I understand you correctly, you can see this video in shared streams in iPhoto on your Mac.
Sorry. I can view them through Photos on my iPad, but cannot find them from my Mac. Same iCloud account.
If you have enabled photo stream for iPhoto, you should see them in the iCloud section of iPhoto.
I have iCloud on and connected to the corrected account. I can see the videos from my iPad, but can't get them from my desktop or from iCloud.com. I am attempting to publish them, but there appears to be a problem, because it is not completing the task. I do not have "Shared" on the side ribbon of iPhoto.

You aren't supposed to be able to see them at iCloud.com.
Which version of iPhoto do you have.
You need v9.4 or better for shared streams.
Alrhough what is odd is that you should be able to see my photo stream with your version.
I have to download the latest iOS to get the new iPhoto. I am doing that now. I will try and stream after those downloads are complete.
iOS is for mobile devices, iPhoto 9.x is for Mac. Was that just a typo.
