Q: iPhone 5S connection problems MB Air

Hi.

I just received my new macbook air but it came with a problem.

When I connect my Iphone 5S to my macbook air, with the original cable, it keeps on connecting on and off over and over again. This happens really fast like 4 times on and off in 1 second. So my iphone buzzes when connected to power once, but on the macbook it keeps on buzzing untill I plug the cable out. The problem is on both usb ports of the air. On a windows-pc its just fine.\
