icloud account problem when i restore my new iPhone 5s from an iOS 6 backup

hy guys,

when i restore my new iphone 5S from an older iphone 5 backup, i shocked when it demmands an icloud accont password which i had forget it,

now if i restore my iphone to factory settings or by ipsw using itunes, the icloud account will desapear or not ???

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9), mid 2012

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com> Find My Phone.
