I'm plugged into my computer and I have the software downloaded. It was all going fine then suddenly it stopped syncing. I don't know where to access the settings to try to fix any of this, I didn't do anything, it just randomly stopped syncing my ringtones and notifications onto my phone.

You need to COPY the folder "iTunes.Resources" from C:\Program Files\iTunes over to C:\Program Files(x86)\iTunes. Then try running the Zedge install, it should prompt you through the tutorial. Good luck

i got the 12.2.2 update and it still wont connect. ive tried copying the itunes.resource folder and it still wont continue to connect, it just keeps asking me to access the Automatically Add to iTunes folder. i click on it and it fails to connect EVERY TIME.

Hi, im having the exact same issue. Tried to copy the resources folder thing and the shre xml library with other programs, under itunes advanced.....
Anyone got any solution. This has been a huge issue after getting windows 10....
Top left corner of iTunes there is an option of Preferences go to preferences then advanced then check the box to "share iTunes library XML with other applications". I did this today and reran tonesync and it worked...

I tried all of the above. Nothing worked. I found this below and followed the directions. It seemed that Zedge and Tonesync were already working and I just had to do what it said.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Everything is up-to-date as I just preformed a clean install of Windows 10 this morning!
Tonesync for Zedge and iTunes won't sync anymore.
