Hi Barry,

Thank you fro your response.

Operating system OS X 10.9

Numbers: Ver. 3.1

No other computers involved

Document resides on local computer not on the iCloud

No other people access this file.

Every time I hopen the file I get this mesage::

'Spreadsheet has changed'

'Some Images are missing because they were deleted from the document'

Any Idea how to get rid of the message.

Thank you Barry

Just the one document, all documents, some documents but not others? Are any images actually missing from the document? Any idea how it got this way, did anyone mess around with the file using Finder or some other app?

If just the one document, I'd think something is messed up with that one document. Duplicating it and using the duplicate might fix it (or might not). If it isn't too hard to do (depends on your document), Copy/Paste from the broken document to a fresh new one might fix the problem.
