iOS Dev Program pending.

Hello, so I bought the 12 month subscription to the apple's iOS dev program, and I made that purchase yesterday.

As I am from another country, I was told that the confirmation could take 2 business days, but at my Apple ID page, it says 'Enrollment Pending', and a button right after it, saying 'Continue Enrollment', which takes me to the payment info all over again..

What does it mean? Does it mean that I need to wait a little bit longer, or does it mean that the payment hasn't been confirmed at all?
